I have never ever finished reading The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe. Why? I have no freaking clue. I will either start the book or movie get to a certain point and ........... that's it.

On the note of assigned reading.

The Scarlet Letter If you have ever read this I feel your pain. I have never disliked a book so much. If you ever have to read it. I wish you luck. In the U.S. I think it's a requiered read for your tenth grade American literature.

Okay my post goes back to When Admin asked why I didnt like Breaking Dawn by Stephanie Meyer

****Spoiler Alert*****
Do Not Read if you haven't read or finished Breaking Dawn

Okay so basically the whole pregnancy issue? Just not believable I mean they do explain why they view it as a possibility in the book but I just view Edward as a vampire which means his body stops working. So if that s the case then should his ummm family jewels be dead as well. I mean think about it, a dead guy with living genitals. I dont even want to think about it.

I also had a hard time with the whole Jacob imprinting on the baby. Yeesh. and the babys name was awful. At least they shortened it to nessie.
I had a lot of problems with reading this one. I was just hoping for a better ending to the series I guess. Which was sad because I really enjoyed the others. I love reading vampire books and I do give her credit for having a fairly original way to tackle this book. So I guess in all fairness I would rate the book 2.5 out of 5 stars.

I just finished reading the latest Kay Scarpetta Novel by Patricia Cornwell and it was truly awful. I have been a loyal fan of the Scarpetta series for over 10 years. I am so bummed that I wasted $8 on the paperback. I love this series and really liked all the characters but she really messed this one up. Has anyone read it? Your thoughts?

Arrrgh I am frustrated!
