I am more likely to be on weekdays because I dont tend to check the clock as much on weekends because my family is home and we do stuff together but I was thinking that to boost numbers and entice people on I would offer a great prize. Like if ten people show up, each person is given a chance to win a fun prize from the store. It could be something prechosen like the new cherryblossom tree or just a set fb amount. I would be willing to put up some fbs for this. The admin could then take the names of people that logged on and draw a lucky winner. Then we make an announcement on here for people already registered to let them know of the date and time and for new people we let them know thru our friends network on cb. For anyone thinking advertise on the regular cb forum, No we cannot, there is a specific topic on it and they strongly disagree with the idea of other forums. I may not be available as much starting next week in the evenings if I start working evenings so the sooner the better. 5pm-7pm Pacific time works the best for me on weekdays but I will try to be flexible with your schedules too. I usually get on later at night but understand you guys cannot. Okay so what do you think?

Central Time, Its 7:13 here So if you are in the Pacific time then it should be 5:13 where you are because 8:13 would be eastern time on the opposite side of the U.S.

I realize that this is a double post and technically a no-no but wanted to let everyone know that I have decided what I will offer to people as a drawing prize for the forum boosting day.

The prize will be a cherry blossom tree that is a 500 fb value and could mean a lot to someone who is relatively new to the game.

Good luck to all who decide to come to this event. I believe the time has been chosen but now we need a definitive date.
